The evenings of food and wine tasting, organized periodically, guide our guests to discover flavors and combinations of wine and dishes. Every themed evening becomes a special opportunity to get to know the territory through the typical products of Assisi and Umbria, including the Fagiolina del Trasimeno, the black celery of Trevi, the cold cuts of Norcia, the DOC and DOCG wines of Assisi, Torgiano and Montefalco.

Among the opportunities dedicated to children that you can celebrate at the Viole Country Hotel, Baptism, Communion and Confirmation, Our location, a few kilometers from the historic center of Assisi, is also perfect for corporate dinners and, enriched by the exterior and the large indoor room, for wedding and anniversary.
